Since 2014 the Berliner tourist accommodations have to discharge 5% of all their income from overnight stays to the city of Berlin. This city tax is already included in our rates.
If you’re travelling on business, the rule doesn’t apply to you. Unfortunately you have to prove to the city, that you are not in Berlin for private purposes. Please send the filled-out form to us by mail or fax before your arrival. Thank you.
